E-tickets are sent within 30 minutes of payment confirmation to your registered email and WhatsApp.

How do I cancel or change my flight?

Go to My Bookings, click on your booking and select "Request change" or "Request cancellation". Our team will process it within 2 hours.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days, depending on the airline's policy. Travel Duniya's service fee is non-refundable.

How do I check in online?

Use your PNR number on the airline's official website or app. Check-in typically opens 48 hours before departure.
