This policy explains how cancellations, date changes, and refunds are handled for flight bookings made through Travel Duniya (www.travelduniya.co.in).
All flight tickets are subject to the fare rules of the respective airline, which vary by fare type (refundable/non-refundable), route, and booking class. These fare rules — including cancellation charges and date change fees — are shown to you at the time of booking, before you complete payment.
To cancel a booking or request a date change, please contact our support team at Travduniya@gmail.com with your PNR/booking reference. Our team is available 9am–9pm IST to assist you.
We recommend requesting cancellations or changes at least 24–48 hours before departure, as most airlines charge higher fees or deny changes closer to departure time.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout, via CCAvenue.
If a passenger does not cancel before departure and misses the flight ("no-show"), the airline typically forfeits the full fare. No refund will be possible in this case, regardless of fare type.
Date change requests are subject to the airline's date change fee plus any fare difference between the original and new fare. These charges are determined solely by the airline and are non-negotiable by Travel Duniya.
If an airline cancels, reschedules, or significantly delays your flight, we will assist you in either securing an alternate flight or processing a refund as per the airline's policy, at no additional service fee from Travel Duniya.
Once an airline confirms a refund to us, we process it to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. Total time from your cancellation request to money reaching your account may therefore be up to 14–19 working days in some cases, depending on the airline and your bank/card issuer.
