These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Travel Duniya website (www.travelduniya.co.in) and the flight booking services offered on it, operated by Travel Duniya. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Travel Duniya is one of India's leading online travel agencies, facilitating flight bookings through our travel technology partners. We act as an intermediary between you (the traveller) and the respective airlines, and are not the airline carrier ourselves.
All fares displayed are subject to availability and can change at any time until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed by the airline. Once you proceed to payment, you agree to pay the total amount shown, which includes the base fare, applicable taxes, our service fee, and GST on the service fee.
Payments are processed securely through CCAvenue, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Travel Duniya does not store your card or banking details at any point.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all passenger names, dates of birth, and passport/ID details entered at the time of booking exactly match the travel documents that will be presented at the airport. Travel Duniya is not liable for denied boarding due to incorrect or mismatched information provided by the passenger.
For international travel, passengers are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of travel, and for obtaining any necessary visas.
Once payment is confirmed, e-tickets are typically issued within 10–30 minutes and sent to the email address and WhatsApp number provided at the time of booking. In rare cases of airline system delays, issuance may take longer; you will be notified if this occurs.
Cancellation and date change policies vary by airline and fare type, and are displayed at the time of booking. Any refund due will be processed as per the respective airline's policy and timelines, which typically range from 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation, after deduction of applicable airline cancellation fees.
Travel Duniya's service fee (13% of the base fare, plus applicable GST) is non-refundable under all circumstances, including airline-initiated cancellations, unless required otherwise by law.
Travel Duniya facilitates bookings on behalf of airlines and is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the airline's operations. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the service fee charged for the specific booking in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
